2. Made-to-Order Products  
Most products available on Aslovable are made-to-order. Production begins only after the order is confirmed and payment is completed. Because of this system, order details such as size, measurements, color, and design must be carefully reviewed before placing an order.

3. Prepaid Orders  
Aslovable operates on a prepaid-only model. Orders will be processed only after successful payment confirmation. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

4. Order Accuracy  
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:
- Measurements  
- Shipping address  
- Contact details  
- Product selections

Aslovable will not be responsible for issues caused by incorrect information provided during the order process.

5. Exchange Policy  
We do not offer returns or refunds. However, a limited exchange for measurement correction may be provided under the conditions mentioned in our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Product Representation  
We strive to display product colors, designs, and details as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to:
- Handmade production process  
- Fabric availability  
- Lighting and screen display differences

These minor variations are considered normal and not defects.

7. Intellectual Property  
All content on the Aslovable website, including logos, product designs, images, branding, and content, is the property of Aslovable and AQS Group. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or copying is strictly prohibited.

8. Order Cancellation  
Orders may not be cancelled once production has started, as products are made specifically for each customer.

9. Website Usage  
Users agree not to:

- Provide false information  
- Attempt unauthorized access to the platform  
- Use the platform for unlawful activities
