Thank you for shopping with Aslovable, a brand owned and managed by the AQS Ventures Group. We focus on providing carefully crafted, made-to-order products created by talented women artisans.
Because our products are made specifically for each customer after the order is placed, we follow an Order-to-Make system. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns or Refunds
All products on Aslovable are made specially based on the customer’s selected design, size, or measurements. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been confirmed and processed.
2. Exchange for Measurement Correction (Limited Support)
We understand that sizing or measurement issues may sometimes occur. In such cases, we provide a one-time exchange only for measurement correction under the following conditions:
- The request must be made within 48 hours after delivery.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
- Customers must provide the correct updated measurements.
- Shipping charges for the exchange may be applicable.
3. Order Confirmation Responsibility
Customers are kindly requested to:
- Check the size chart or measurements carefully before placing the order.
- Ensure all details such as design, size, color, and delivery information are correct.
Since every item is made especially for you, changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Our team will review and assist you accordingly.
